Job Opportunity: Brewer
We are seeking a motivated and creative brewer with extensive experience in beer production, packaging, inventory management, and recipe development. The role will also involve participating in events on occasional evenings and weekends. This full-time position is set to commence in July 2025, with a handover period alongside the previous brewer starting as soon as possible. This job is ideal for an individual with a solid understanding of beer production who desires flexible work hours, values creative input, and wants to be a part of a small, dedicated team.
Position Requirements:
- Brewing diploma
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Valid driver's permit (B)
- Fluent in German and/or English
- Technical proficiency in operating a manual 10hl brewhouse
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Preference for preventative measures over reactive ones
- Physical capability to work in wet, humid, and hot conditions, including lifting and moving up to 25kg
- Able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, crawl, and climb around the brewhouse
