smartNsales is a SaaS-enabled marketplace connecting FMCG brands and markets across Switzerland and beyond. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to take ownership of our marketing function from start to finish.
The Role
You will be our first marketing hire, collaborating closely with the founders to shape our brand, create engaging content, launch campaigns, and enable sales. This position offers a broad scope of responsibilities, providing you with significant ownership and opportunities for professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and own our brand identity and positioning across all touchpoints in English, French, and German.
- Translate product features into clear value propositions for our target audiences.
- Run demand generation and B2B email campaigns to support the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and enhance our website and SEO performance.
- Produce essential sales assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and outreach sequences.
- Manage our LinkedIn and social media presence, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence.
- Create on-brand visuals for social media, presentations, and campaigns.
- Transform product updates and milestones into engaging content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and explainer videos.
- Support our presence at events and outreach for public relations initiatives.
- Track and report on marketing performance on a monthly basis.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing; experience in SaaS or marketplace environments is a plus.
- Ability to translate SaaS features and data into clear business value for prospects.
- Background in retail or FMCG brands is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
- A proactive self-starter who identifies gaps and addresses them without needing to be prompted.
- A high level of motivation with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done efficiently.
- Located in or around Lucerne, with the ability to commute to our central Luzern HQ.
