Who We Are
smartNsales is a SaaS-enabled marketplace connecting FMCG brands and markets across Switzerland and beyond. We are experiencing growth and are looking for an individual to take charge of our marketing function from start to finish.
The Role
You will be our first marketing hire, collaborating closely with the founders on brand development, content creation, campaign management, and sales enablement. This is a comprehensive role that offers significant ownership and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and own our brand identity and positioning across all touchpoints in English, French, and German.
- Translate product features into clear value propositions for our target audiences.
- Run demand generation and B2B email campaigns to support the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and enhance our website and SEO performance.
- Produce sales assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and outreach sequences.
- Manage our LinkedIn and social media presence with a consistent publishing schedule.
- Create on-brand visuals for social media, presentations, and campaigns.
- Transform product updates and milestones into engaging content: blog posts, newsletters, and explainer videos.
- Support event participation and public relations outreach.
- Track and report on marketing performance each month.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing; experience in SaaS or marketplace environments is an advantage.
- Ability to clearly articulate the business value of SaaS features and data for prospective clients.
- A background in retail or FMCG brands is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
- A self-starter who identifies and addresses gaps proactively.
- High motivation and a willingness to take initiative and complete tasks efficiently.
- Located in or around Lucerne, with the ability to commute to our central Lucerne headquarters.
