As we prepare for significant growth over the next two years, we look forward to welcoming you as a new member of our dynamic and international team. We are currently seeking a Content Manager (m/f) to join us immediately or by arrangement.

Qualifications & Competences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, or a related field
  • 5-8+ years of professional experience in content marketing, editorial, or brand storytelling, preferably within luxury, hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle sectors
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to translate scientific or technical information into compelling brand communications
  • Proven experience using content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations, brand positioning, and tone of voice
  • Experience managing creative production, including photoshoots, video shoots, and collaborations with external creatives
  • Experience communicating with a global high-net-worth (HNW) audience
  • Highly organized self-starter with meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills across creative teams and stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is strongly recommended; additional languages are a bonus
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Tasks & Challenges

Brand Narrative & Editorial Direction

  • Define and uphold the Chenot brand narrative, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with Chenot's positioning and the Chenot Method®
  • Lead editorial planning and manage the content calendar across various platforms including the website, social media, blog, magazine, and newsletters

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that supports Chenot's brand objectives
  • Translate science-based health and wellness concepts into engaging and accessible content
  • Collaborate closely with internal experts to craft authoritative, science-backed storytelling

Content & Creative Production

  • Oversee the creation of organic content across digital channels and editorial platforms
  • Lead visual production including photography, video, and creative shoots
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all brand assets and communications

PR, Influencer & Thought Leadership

  • Support PR and influencer initiatives by developing expert-led and thought leadership content
  • Identify opportunities to amplify Chenot spokespeople and brand voices

Digital & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with PR, Digital, and Marketing teams to ensure integrated campaigns and optimized content performance
  • Support website content development, SEO alignment, and digital campaigns

Brand Alignment & Performance

  • Assist licensed Chenot properties with content adaptation and maintain brand consistency
  • Monitor content performance and contribute to regular reporting
  • Manage the content production budget and collaborate with external creative partners
