We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, and inspiring Boarding / Pastoral Support Officer (20-25%) to start in February 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the wellbeing, personal development, and day-to-day care of our boarding students, working closely with Houseparents and the wider pastoral team. Experience in working with young people in a boarding school setting is necessary, along with a genuine commitment to pastoral care and safeguarding. A solid understanding of and interest in contributing to the development of pastoral practices, processes, and initiatives relevant to an international boarding school environment is essential.
