We are seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor specializing in luxury brands such as MAC, La Mer, Guerlain, and Chanel to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized beauty consultations, deliver exceptional customer service, and promote our exclusive range of luxury beauty products. Your service-oriented and friendly demeanor, paired with a fresh and welcoming approach, will enhance the shopping experience for our international customers. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will engage confidently and professionally with clients.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in perfume and cosmetics retail or previous experience as a beauty expert/advisor in the cosmetics industry
• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship in the field of cosmetics and/or in the cosmetics & perfume retail sector
• Previous experience with cash registers
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Reliable, positive team player in a fast-paced, multi-national environment
• Consistently present a clean and well-maintained appearance
