Join Our Team as a Beauty Advisor
We are seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor with expertise in luxury brands such as MAC, La Mer, Guerlain, and Chanel to become a valuable member of our team. In this role, you will provide personalized beauty consultations, deliver exceptional customer service, and promote our exclusive range of luxury beauty products. Your service-oriented and friendly demeanor, coupled with a welcoming approach, will enhance the shopping experience for our international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients
- Promote and sell luxury beauty products
- Ensure exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment
Successful Candidates Will:
- Speak fluent English and German
- Have at least 2 years of work experience in perfume and cosmetics retail or as a beauty expert/advisor
- Ideally possess a completed apprenticeship in cosmetics or the cosmetics & perfume retail sector
- Have previous experience with cash registers
- Be open to flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays (irregular shifts between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM)
- Be reliable, positive team players in a fast-paced, multinational environment
- Consistently present a clean and well-maintained appearance
