Key Responsibilities

- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal age regulations for alcohol purchase.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the bar and tables are adequately stocked.
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy, ensuring correct change is returned and balancing the cash register responsibly.
- Uphold cleanliness in both work and dining areas by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Develop innovative cocktail recipes to delight our patrons.
