- Handling cash and credit transactions accurately, balancing the cash register and ensuring correct change is returned to patrons.
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by clearing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Developing innovative cocktail recipes to enhance our beverage offerings.
