Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and engage with them to determine their beverage preferences.
- Make personalized recommendations and take drink orders efficiently.
- Plan drink menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials.
- Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages with care.
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal age restrictions for alcohol sales.
- Take inventory and order supplies to ensure the bar and tables are adequately stocked.
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations, maintaining high standards.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, balancing the cash register at the end of shifts.
- Maintain a clean work and dining area by regularly removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Develop and experiment with new cocktail recipes to enhance the menu.
