Key Responsibilities

- Verify identification to ensure customers meet the legal age requirement for alcohol purchase.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain a well-stocked bar and dining area.
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately while balancing the cash register.
- Keep the work and dining areas clean by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Develop innovative cocktail recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
