We are seeking a diligent and passionate individual to join our team as a Beverage Server. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our customers through attentive service and a knowledge of beverage selection.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and engage in conversations to determine their beverage preferences.
- Make recommendations and take drink orders efficiently.
- Plan drink menus and inform customers about new beverages and special offerings.
- Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to patrons.
- Check identification to verify that customers meet the legal age requirement for alcohol consumption.
- Take inventory and order supplies to keep the bar and dining areas well-stocked.
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, ensuring correct charges and returning appropriate change to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work and dining areas by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Develop new and exciting cocktail recipes.
