Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service in the bar and lounge area.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and engage with guests in a natural and friendly manner.
- Ensure bar mise en place, cleanliness, and organization before, during, and after service.
- Manage stock, handle deliveries, and support inventory control.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Chef de Bar, service, kitchen, and management teams.
- Support events and special evenings, such as rooftop events and private functions.
