Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and actively listen to determine their beverage preferences.
- Make recommendations and take drink orders with a friendly demeanor.
- Plan drink menus and keep customers informed about new beverages and specials.
- Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages expertly.
- Verify identification to ensure guests meet the legal age requirement for alcohol purchase.
- Take inventory and order supplies to maintain well-stocked bar and tables.
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and ensure correct change is returned to patrons.
- Maintain a clean and organized work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glassware and equipment.
- Develop innovative cocktail recipes to enhance our beverage offerings.
