Job Responsibilities
As a member of our dynamic bar team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to an exceptional guest experience:
- Preparing and serving classic and signature cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Providing warm, attentive, and professional service in the bar and lounge area.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with guests in a natural and friendly manner.
- Ensuring bar mise en place, cleanliness, and organization before, during, and after service.
- Managing stock, handling deliveries, and supporting inventory control.
- Respecting hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
- Working closely with the Chef de Bar, service, kitchen, and management teams.
- Supporting events and special evenings (e.g., Rooftop events, private functions).
