About Us:

Auld Dubliner is a year-round restaurant and Irish pub in Basel. We offer 250 indoor seats and 50 outdoor seats in the summer, an excellent selection of beers, signature cocktails, gins, whiskeys, and delicious pub food. Our guests enjoy live music, pub quizzes, music bingo, karaoke, and themed evenings. We are also known for planning and hosting events.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare drinks
• Take orders and serve guests
• Cater to guest preferences and make recommendations
• Enhance the guest experience
• Sales and upselling
• Mix cocktails and pour beer
• Plan and present the bar menu
• Replenish bar inventory

Your Profile:

• Bartending experience
• Completed hospitality or gastronomy training is a plus
• Proficient in English and German is advantageous
• Hospitality and sales skills
• Open and friendly personality with good manners
• Structured work style and resilience
• Reliability and teamwork
