Position: Barista

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, taking customer orders, handling payments, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your key duties will include:

• Operating coffee machines and preparing a variety of beverages
• Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Communicating effectively with both customers and team members

Essential Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Knowledge of various types of coffee and beverages
• Understanding of coffee roasting techniques
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality

Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility for shift work and relocation across Switzerland, as demand varies
• Availability for weekend work is essential
• Fluency in German is required
