Internship Responsibilities

As a part of the B2B Servicing CH Team, your role will involve supporting the Travel Agency and Group Booking Support. Additionally, you will work closely with Team Leads, gaining valuable leadership experience.

• Support the Team Lead in the disciplinary and functional leadership of the B2B Servicing CH team in Basel.
• Assist in regular reporting, analysis tasks, and other administrative duties.
• Actively monitor and identify areas for improvement in the B2B servicing processes, acting as an interface to the Global B2B Servicing Competence Center in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-team communication, meetings, and workshops.
• Participate in various projects to ensure sales servicing needs are integrated into all products and processes.
• Expand your aviation horizons by collaborating with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and B2C, to understand the concepts, objectives, and approaches of SWISS and LHG.

Requirements

We are seeking a motivated candidate who is eager to gain insights into the fascinating world of aviation, where every job can lead to a lifetime adventure.

• Preferred workload: 100%.
• HF diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s students or graduates (HF diploma and bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters).
• A strong interest in the aviation industry.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High initiative, quick perception, and a strong motivation.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team.
