Key Responsibilities

As a part of the B2B Servicing CH Team, your role includes providing support in the areas of Travel Agency and Group Booking Support. You will assist the Team Leads and immerse yourself in leadership experience.

• Support the Team Lead in both disciplinary and functional leadership of the B2B Servicing CH team in BSL.
• Assist in regular reporting, analysis tasks, and other administrative duties.
• Actively monitor and identify improvement potential in B2B servicing processes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-team communications, meetings, and workshops.
• Participate in various projects to ensure sales servicing needs are integrated into all products and processes.
• Expand your aviation knowledge through collaboration with various departments (Sales, Marketing, B2C) to understand SWISS and Lufthansa Group's objectives and strategies.

Requirements

We seek a motivated individual eager to delve into the captivating world of aviation, ensuring a rewarding experience.

• Preferred workload: 100%.
• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students, or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters).
• Genuine interest in the aviation industry.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A high level of personal initiative, quick perception, and motivation.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively.
