AVI Engineer (Automated Visual Inspection)

Location: Italy, France, or Germany | Contract Duration: 6 months | Start Date: December 2026

We are seeking experienced AVI Engineers to join a prominent pharmaceutical company specializing in injectable manufacturing. As part of our team, you will focus on automated visual inspection systems for vials, syringes, and various parenteral products. Your responsibilities will encompass recipe development, vision algorithms, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, all while adhering to stringent cGMP and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Optical, Biomedical, or related fields)
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical/biopharma manufacturing, particularly with injectable products
• Strong expertise in AVI platforms and vision software
• Comprehensive understanding of cGMP, Annex 1, USP guidelines, and data integrity
• Fluent in English (proficiency in the local language is an advantage)
• Valid right to work in the EU
