Job Description
- Organize and manage daily operations in the workshop
- Lead and motivate the technical team (mechanics, technicians)
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Take charge of administrative management: orders, inventory, suppliers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
- Optimize processes using Lean and Kaizen methods
- Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with management and ensure regular reporting
We Expect
- Training as a mechanic or mechatronic technician with experience in team leadership
- A dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong value orientation: solution-oriented, quality-focused, committed to continuing education, and respectful
- Solid knowledge of the principles of the Toyota Production System and Kaizen methods
- Enthusiasm for team leadership and close collaboration with management
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in French or German, with the ability to communicate in both languages
