What You'll Do:

  • Plan and execute electrical MSR readiness (maintenance, changeovers, improvements) within budget and timelines
  • Ensure seamless operation and flawless performance of high-automated Biologics facilities equipped with DeltaV and MES systems
  • Manage GMP-compliant activities, including testing, documentation, and change management using systems such as Kneat and Ubik
  • Prepare and update plant documentation in SAP/COMOS to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in equipment and maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine internal procedures and achieve optimized workflows

What We’re Looking For:

  • Equivalent experience in Electrical or System Engineering or a related field, including a University Degree or vocational education (EFZ, FH, HF, BSc.)
  • Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical plants or the biotech industry
  • Proficiency in SAP, COMOS (Plant Engineering Software), DeltaV (Process Control System), and MES Syncade (Manufacturing Execution System) is highly desirable
  • Strong command of English and/or German for effective communication in our diverse, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and protocols for compliance in a regulated manufacturing setting
  • A self-reliant, trustworthy, and effective approach to completing tasks and projects successfully
