What You'll Do:
- Plan and realize electrical MSR readiness (maintenance, changeovers, improvements) within the available budget and timelines
- Ensure seamless operation and flawless performance of high-automated Biologics facilities equipped with DeltaV and MES systems; equivalent experience is acceptable for educational qualifications in MES
- Manage GMP-compliant activities, including testing, documentation, and change management using systems like Kneat and Ubik
- Prepare and update plant documentation in SAP/COMOS to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in equipment and maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine internal procedures and optimize workflows
What We're Looking For:
- Equivalent experience in Electrical or System Engineering, or a related field, including a University Degree, vocational education (EFZ, FH, HF, BSc), or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical plants or in the biotech industry
- Proficiency in SAP, COMOS (Plant Engineering Software), DeltaV (Process Control System), and MES Syncade (Manufacturing Execution System) is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and/or German to communicate effectively in our diverse, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with GMP standards and protocols to ensure compliance in a regulated manufacturing setting
- A self-reliant, trustworthy, and effective working approach that ensures the successful completion of tasks and projects
