What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute electrical MSR readiness (maintenance, changeovers, improvements) within budget and timelines
- Ensure seamless operation and flawless performance of highly automated Biologics facilities equipped with DeltaV and MES systems; equivalent experience is acceptable for educational requirements
- Manage GMP-compliant activities, including testing, documentation, and change management using systems such as Kneat and Ubik
- Prepare and update plant documentation in SAP/COMOS to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards
- Determine and implement continuous improvements in equipment and maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine internal procedures and optimize workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Equivalent experience in Electrical or System Engineering, or a related field; a University Degree or vocational education (EFZ, FH, HF, BSc.) is preferred
- Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical plants or within the biotech industry
- Proficiency in SAP, COMOS (Plant Engineering Software), DeltaV (Process Control System), and MES Syncade (Manufacturing Execution System) is highly desirable
- Proficient in English and/or German to communicate effectively in our diverse, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with GMP standards and protocols to ensure compliance in a regulated manufacturing setting
- A self-reliant, trustworthy, and effective working approach that ensures successful task and project completion
