Job Description
- Effective and economical maintenance of production equipment
- Troubleshooting, partially in a two-shift system
- Troubleshooting and adjustments in the areas of machine control, measurement, and regulation technology
- Independent updating and management of software and hardware documentation
- Electrical installations on machines and buildings
- Format changes and fine adjustments
- Ongoing optimization to reduce downtime, raw material consumption, and repair costs
- Production of optimization and replacement parts
- Assistance in procurement and management of spare parts
Requirements
- Automation technician/electromechanic or mechanical training with very good electronic knowledge
- Professional experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Good IT skills, PLC, master control, drive systems
- Knowledge of measurement and control technology
- Ability to independently recognize, analyze, and solve process disruptions
- Strong reliability, diligence, and flexibility
