Position Overview
To strengthen our client’s operations in Northwest Switzerland, we are looking for an Automation Technician (100%).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and servicing according to the maintenance plan
- Troubleshoot issues and prevent plant downtimes
- Prepare systems technically based on production orders
- Support project work
- Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Completed vocational training as an Automation Technician or Electrician
- Experience in roles such as Automation Technician, Electrician, Electrical Installer, or Electronics Technician
- Knowledge in measurement technology (an advantage)
- Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written; English is a plus
- Experience in the GMP area (an advantage)
- Strong PC user skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Customer- and results-oriented work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative and resilience
