How You Can Make an Impact

• Plan and execute IT general controls and application controls, particularly within ERP systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics Navision, Avaloq, and more.
• Evaluate IT risks associated with data security, system availability, change management, and governance.
• Prepare detailed audit work programs, reports, and control summaries that highlight key findings and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with IT and business teams to address audit issues and support remediation efforts.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of IT audit standards, emerging risks, and regulatory requirements.

Who We Are Looking For

• 2 - 3 years of experience with General IT Controls audit or assurance procedures in various accounting systems and their underlying infrastructure, preferably in a Big 4 environment.
• Effective prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Advanced knowledge of audit methodologies and key audit findings, including work programs, audit reports, and control summaries.
• Familiarity with national or international frameworks (e.g., ISAE, SOC) or FINMA requirements.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in either Italian or German is advantageous.
• A degree in Business Informatics or related fields is a plus, along with a desire to upskill—Deloitte supports continuous learning with professional certifications such as CISA.
