Your Impact
- Audit Expertise: Lead audits for clients in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
- Integrated Audits: Oversee integrated audits of companies that prepare financial statements in accordance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and file with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Statutory Audits: Manage statutory audits of companies that prepare financial statements in accordance with Swiss law.
- Private Company Audits: Handle audits of private companies that prepare financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Non-Financial Reporting: Manage audits of non-financial reports (e.g., ESG audits).
- Deliver Results: Prepare audit files for Partner review and assist in presenting audit findings to management or the Board of Directors.
- Client Relationships: Develop new and extend existing relationships with clients while actively supporting them in technical accounting matters.
- Own Your Development: Take charge of your own responsibilities, flexibility, and professional growth.
Your Skill Set
- Experience: More than 8 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role at a Big 4 company.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills with an excellent working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards.
- Certification: US CPA qualification or an equivalent certification.
- Audit Management: Experience in managing large, multi-location audits and effective day-to-day management of clients and PwC network firms within the region.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior management at local, regional, and corporate levels.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and report upwards to Partners.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
