Your Impact

Audit Expertise: You will lead audits for clients across various sectors including agribusiness, manufacturing, automotive, and utilities.

Integrated Audits: You will be responsible for conducting integrated audits of companies that prepare financial statements in accordance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Statutory Audits: Your role will involve performing statutory audits of companies that comply with Swiss law in their financial reporting.

Private Company Audits: You will manage audits of private companies that prepare financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Non-Financial Reporting: You will oversee audits of non-financial reports, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) audits.

Deliver Results: You will prepare the audit file for Partner review and assist in presenting audit findings to management or the Board of Directors.

Client Relationships: You will develop new relationships and enhance existing ones with clients while actively supporting them in technical accounting issues.

Own Your Development: Take charge of your own responsibilities, flexibility, and professional growth.

Your Skill Set

  • Experience: You have 6-8 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role at a Big 4 company.
  • Technical Expertise: You possess a strong technical background with excellent knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards.
  • Certification: You hold a US CPA qualification or an equivalent certification.
  • Audit Management: You have a proven record of managing large, multi-location audits and excel in your daily management of clients and PwC network firms in the region.
  • Relationship Building: You have experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior management at local, regional, and corporate levels.
  • Team Player: You thrive as a team player and effectively report to Partners.
  • Communication Skills: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French is an added advantage.
