Your Impact
As an integral part of our team, you will conduct audits for clients in the Trade, Industries & Services sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing integrated audits for companies that prepare financial statements in accordance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and file with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Conducting statutory audits for companies in compliance with Swiss law.
- Auditing private companies that adhere to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Managing audits of non-financial reports, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) audits.
- Preparing the audit file for Partner review and assisting in presenting the audit findings to management or the Board of Directors.
- Developing new and extending existing relationships with clients, while actively supporting them in technical accounting matters.

Your Skill Set
- Over 5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role at a Big 4 company.
- Strong technical expertise with a comprehensive understanding of US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards.
- Completion of the US CPA qualification or its equivalent.
- Experience in managing large multi-location audits, demonstrating effective day-to-day client management and collaboration with PwC firms across the region.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior management at local, regional, and corporate levels.
- A team player capable of reporting to Partners effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
