Proclinical is seeking an Associate Director/Director for US Medical Affairs in Hematology. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to medical strategy and lead impactful initiatives within the hematology-oncology space.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping integrated medical plans, driving cross-functional collaboration, and supporting evidence generation activities.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, or equivalent) with a focus on oncology; PhD in Sciences preferred.
  • Experience in Medical Affairs, particularly within a headquarters function.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial methodology and evidence generation, including real-world evidence (RWE).
  • Proven ability to deliver country or global Medical Affairs plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive medical plans across the hematology disease area.
  • Lead strategic Medical Affairs projects and cross-functional working groups.
  • Translate field insights into actionable medical tactics and strategies.
  • Support Medical Team activities, including quarterly medical plan reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to evidence generation efforts and align them with broader medical strategies.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
