Job Description

As an Associate Creative Director, you will play a key role in developing campaign platforms and compelling copy that come to life across various media, including TV, digital video, social, radio, and out-of-home. What You’ll Do

  • Develop comprehensive campaign ideas and supporting copy that can scale globally while staying culturally relevant to local markets.
  • Lead the creative development across various channels, including TV, digital video, paid social, radio, and out-of-home advertising.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to take campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring strong attention to detail.
  • Support the Ideation and Global Creative team in elevating creative concepts and executing productions across global markets.
  • Develop and pitch compelling, effective creative concepts to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing creative teams or leading creative processes, including 3+ years of production experience.
  • Strong creative concepting and storytelling skills, with experience developing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience working across multiple geographic markets or creating globally relevant campaigns informed by local insights.
  • Background in fast-paced, highly collaborative creative environments.
  • Proficiency with creative tools and software, coupled with a strong eye for craft, detail, and execution.
