Clinical Support Specialist Orthopaedics - German-speaking Part of Switzerland

We are seeking a consultant and communicative personality for the position of Clinical Support Specialist in Orthopaedics / Joint Reconstruction, available immediately or by appointment. If you are ready to step into a dynamic, economic environment, we offer an inspiring role within a forward-thinking company.

As a proven specialist, you will provide expert advice to orthopaedists, operating room managers, and staff during orthopedic procedures (joint reconstruction). In close collaboration with sales consultants, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating, organizing, and applying high-quality, innovative products. You will also identify business opportunities early and communicate relevant information to the sales consultant.

Objectives of the Position:

• Advise clients before, during, and after procedures in the orthopaedics/joint reconstruction clinic.
• Logistical coordination of interventions.
• Organize and implement further training events (workshops, customer training) for clinical staff and medical professionals.
• Build long-term customer relationships with physicians, operating room staff, and other decision-makers.
• Optimize inventory management and enhance logistical efficiency.

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a technical or surgical specialist (scrub nurse) is preferred but not mandatory.
• A few years of experience in the medical and surgical environment.
• Robust and comprehensive knowledge of surgery and orthopaedics.
• Strong service orientation with a professional appearance.
• Distinctly customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel within your region.
• Determination, self-motivation, and a strong performance ethic.
• Creativity and willingness to embrace change.
• Independent, integral, dynamic, resilient, and entrepreneurial personality.
• Fluency in German at a native speaker level, with good English skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
