Clinical Support Specialist Orthopaedics - German-speaking Part of Switzerland

We are seeking a consultant and communicative personality for the role of Clinical Support Specialist in the area of Orthopaedics / Joint Reconstruction. If you are looking to step into a dynamic and innovative environment, we offer an engaging opportunity for a motivated and committed individual.

As a proven specialist, you will advise orthopaedists, operating room managers, and operating room staff in hospitals and clinics during orthopaedic procedures (joint reconstruction). Working closely with sales consultants, you will play a central role in the coordination, organization, and proper application of high-quality and innovative products. In this role, you will also identify business opportunities early on and communicate relevant information to the sales team.

Objectives of the Position:

  • Advise clients before, during, and after procedures in the orthopaedics / joint reconstruction clinic.
  • Logistical coordination of interventions.
  • Organize and implement training events (workshops, customer training) for clinical staff and medical professionals.
  • Build long-term relationships with physicians, operating room staff, and other decision-makers.
  • Optimize inventory management and enhance logistical efficiency.

Your Profile:

  • Training as a technical or surgical specialist (scrub nurse) is an advantage, but not required.
  • Several years of experience in the medical and surgical environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of surgery and orthopaedics.
  • Strong service orientation and professional demeanor.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel within your region.
  • Determination, self-motivation, and performance-driven attitude.
  • Creativity and openness to change.
  • Independent, dynamic, resilient, and entrepreneurial personality.
  • Fluency in German and good English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
