Clinical Support Specialist Orthopaedics - German-Speaking Part of Switzerland

We are seeking a consultant and communicative personality for the role of Clinical Support Specialist in the area of Orthopaedics / Joint Reconstruction. This position is available immediately or by appointment. If you aspire to step into a dynamic, economic environment, we offer a motivated, committed individual a versatile role in a modern company.

As a proven specialist, you will provide essential advice to orthopaedists, operating room managers, and staff during orthopaedic procedures (joint reconstruction). In close collaboration with the sales consultants, you will play a vital role in the coordination, organization, and proper application of high-quality and innovative products. This involves identifying business opportunities early and communicating relevant information to the sales consultant.

Objectives of the Position:

  • Advising clients before, during, and after procedures in the orthopaedics / joint reconstruction clinic.
  • Logistical coordination of interventions.
  • Organization and implementation of further training events (workshops, customer training) for clinical staff and medical professionals.
  • Building long-term customer relationships with physicians, operating room staff, and other decision-makers.
  • Optimizing inventory management and increasing logistical efficiency.

Your Profile:

  • Completed training as a technical or surgical specialist (scrub nurse) is an advantage.
  • A few years of experience in the medical and surgical environment.
  • Solid and comprehensive knowledge of surgery and orthopaedics.
  • Strong service orientation and professional appearance.
  • Distinctly customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel in your region.
  • Determination, self-motivation, and a willingness to perform.
  • Creativity and openness to change.
  • Independent, integrity-driven, dynamic, resilient, and entrepreneurial personality.
  • Fluency in German and good English skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
