Clinical Support Specialist - German-speaking part of Switzerland

For the area of Orthopaedics / Joint Reconstruction, we are seeking a consultant and communicative personality as a Clinical Support Specialist to join our dynamic and modern company. This role is perfect for those looking to make a significant impact in an economic environment.

As a proven specialist, you will advise professionals such as orthopaedists, operating room managers, and staff during orthopaedic procedures. In close cooperation with the sales consultants, you will play a crucial role in the coordination, organization, and correct application of high-quality and innovative products. Your insights will help identify business opportunities at an early stage and share relevant information with the sales consultant.

Objectives of the Position

  • Advise your clients before, during, and after orthopaedic procedures.
  • Coordinate logistics for surgical interventions.
  • Organize and implement training workshops for clinical staff and medical professionals.
  • Establish long-term relationships with physicians, operating room staff, and other decision-makers.
  • Optimize inventory management and enhance logistical efficiency.

Your Profile

  • Training as a technical or surgical specialist (scrub nurse) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A couple of years of experience in a medical and surgical environment.
  • Solid and comprehensive knowledge of surgery and orthopaedics.
  • Strong service orientation and professional demeanor.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel in your region.
  • Determination, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
  • Creativity and adaptability.
  • Independent, dynamic, resilient, and entrepreneurial personality.
  • German at native speaker level and good English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
