The Team

You will join the Swiss Corporate Banking Team in Zurich, dedicated to serving corporate clients based in Switzerland. We focus on publicly listed corporations and large private mid-cap to large-cap companies.

Role Description

In this role, you will support transactions across the Bank’s products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining financial models and coordinating due diligence
  • Managing working group lists and timelines
  • Taking ownership of client meetings and project analyses while guiding and supervising analysts
  • Structuring, preparing, and delivering client presentations
  • Actively participating in executing transactions and expanding your level of client interaction
  • Managing and mentoring junior professionals during deal executions and marketing pitches
  • Collaborating closely with senior clients, lawyers, and representatives from other investment banks

What We Are Looking For

  • Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English and French is essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong diligence
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Educated to degree level (preferably in a numerical discipline such as economics or finance)
