The Team

You will be part of the Swiss Corporate Banking Team based in Zurich, focused on serving corporate clients headquartered in Switzerland. Our work emphasizes both publicly listed and private large-cap and large-mid-cap companies.

Role Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support on transactions across the Bank’s products, which may involve maintaining financial models, coordinating due diligence, and managing working group lists and timelines.
  • Taking ownership of client meetings and project analyses by guiding and supervising analysts, leading to the development of expertise in financial and analytical practices.
  • Structuring, preparing, and delivering client presentations.
  • Actively participating in transaction execution and working to expand your client interaction and responsibilities.
  • Managing and mentoring junior professionals in deal executions, marketing pitches, and overall career development.
  • Collaborating closely with senior clients, legal representatives, and colleagues from other investment banks.

What We Are Looking For

  • Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in both English and French is essential.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, diligence, and conscientiousness.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within multiple teams.
  • A degree-level education (preferably in a numerical discipline such as economics or finance).
