Key Duties

  • Oversee the purchasing of beverages and wines.
  • Monitor and manage the cash register and inventory management system.
  • Supervise the reservation system to ensure efficient service.
  • Prepare statistical reports and analyses to track performance.
  • Write menus and promotional offers to enhance customer experiences.
  • Create duty rosters and work schedules for staff.
  • Ensure quality assurance and uphold service standards.
