- Support the hiring process for the restaurant team, including conducting job interviews and providing feedback during trial periods.
- Manage a team of approximately 10 employees, making solutions-oriented decisions.
- Create memorable, lasting, and individualized experiences for our guests.
- Maintain the restaurant's impeccable appearance for all visitors.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of the operational process.
- Provide personalized services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Independently ensure timely resolutions to guest challenges.
- Coordinate team members throughout the operational process.
- Engage with dining guests to inquire about food quality and service.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that all food supplies and essential restaurant items are adequately stocked.
- Manage the work schedules of restaurant team members.
