Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to enhance and refine our Food & Beverage (F&B) operational processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating our restaurant, "The View," ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, develop, and improve F&B operational processes.
  • Support the hiring process for the restaurant team, including conducting job interviews and providing feedback during trial periods.
  • Manage a team of approximately 10 employees, making solutions-oriented decisions.
  • Create memorable, lasting, and individualized experiences for our guests.
  • Maintain the restaurant's impeccable appearance for all visitors.
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of the operational process.
  • Provide personalized services to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Independently ensure timely resolutions to guest challenges.
  • Coordinate team members throughout the operational process.
  • Engage with dining guests to inquire about food quality and service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that all food supplies and essential restaurant items are adequately stocked.
  • Manage the work schedules of restaurant team members.
