Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Organizing, developing, and improving food and beverage operational processes.
- Supporting the hiring process for the restaurant team at "The View," including conducting job interviews and providing feedback during trial periods.
- Managing a team of approximately 10 employees, making solution-oriented decisions to enhance team performance.
- Creating memorable and individualized experiences for our guests.
- Ensuring that our restaurants maintain a pristine appearance for our patrons.
- Taking responsibility for various aspects of the operational process.
- Providing personalized services tailored to guest needs.
- Resolving guest challenges independently and in a timely manner.
- Coordinating team members throughout the operational process.
- Engaging with dining guests to inquire about food quality and service satisfaction.
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that all food supplies and essential restaurant items are adequately stocked.
- Managing team members' work schedules to optimize efficiency.
