We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at “The View”. This role involves organizing, developing, and enhancing Food & Beverage operational processes, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the hiring process for the restaurant team, including conducting job interviews and providing feedback during the trial period.
- Manage a team of approximately 10 employees, making solutions-oriented decisions to promote a harmonious work environment.
- Create memorable, lasting, and individualized experiences for our guests.
- Ensure the restaurant always maintains a perfect ambiance and appearance for patrons.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of the operational process.
- Provide personalized services to all dining guests.
- Independently ensure the timely resolution of guest challenges.
- Coordinate team members throughout the operational process.
- Engage with dining guests to gather feedback on food quality and service.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that all food supplies and essential restaurant items are adequately stocked.
- Oversee the work schedules of restaurant team members.
