Job Description: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the F&B operational processes at our esteemed restaurant, “The View.” This role involves organizing, developing, and enhancing operational frameworks to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the hiring process for the restaurant team, including job interviews, selection, and feedback interviews during the trial period.
  • Manage a team of approximately 10 employees, making solutions-oriented decisions to drive performance and satisfaction.
  • Create memorable, lasting, and individualized experiences for our guests.
  • Ensure the restaurant's presentation is impeccable at all times.
  • Take responsibility for various aspects of the operational process.
  • Provide personalized services to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Independently resolve guest challenges in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate team members throughout the operational processes.
  • Engage with diners to inquire about food quality and service satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that food supplies and other essential restaurant items are adequately stocked.
  • Manage and oversee the work schedules of restaurant team members.
