We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the F&B operational processes at our esteemed restaurant, “The View.” This role involves organizing, developing, and enhancing operational frameworks to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the hiring process for the restaurant team, including job interviews, selection, and feedback interviews during the trial period.
- Manage a team of approximately 10 employees, making solutions-oriented decisions to drive performance and satisfaction.
- Create memorable, lasting, and individualized experiences for our guests.
- Ensure the restaurant's presentation is impeccable at all times.
- Take responsibility for various aspects of the operational process.
- Provide personalized services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Independently resolve guest challenges in a timely manner.
- Coordinate team members throughout the operational processes.
- Engage with diners to inquire about food quality and service satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that food supplies and other essential restaurant items are adequately stocked.
- Manage and oversee the work schedules of restaurant team members.
