We are looking for a talented individual to organize, develop, and improve our Food & Beverage operational processes. Your role will involve leading a dedicated team at our restaurant, "The View," and ensuring top-notch service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the hiring process for the restaurant team, including conducting job interviews and providing feedback during the trial period.
- Manage a team of approximately 10 employees, making solutions-oriented decisions to enhance performance.
- Create memorable, lasting, and individualized experiences for our guests.
- Ensure the restaurant’s ambiance is consistently perfect for our guests.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of the operational process.
- Provide personalized services that cater to our guests' needs.
- Resolve guest challenges independently and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate team members through the operational process, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Check in on dining guests to inquire about food quality and service satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of food supplies and other restaurant essentials.
- Manage the work schedules of restaurant team members to optimize staff efficiency.
