We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to enhance our Food & Beverage (F&B) operational processes at “The View” restaurant. Your role will encompass various responsibilities focused on team management and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, develop, and improve F&B operational processes.
- Support the hiring process for the restaurant team, including conducting job interviews and providing feedback during trial periods.
- Manage a team of approximately 10 employees, making solutions-oriented decisions.
- Create memorable and individualized experiences for our guests.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains a pristine appearance for all guests.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of the operational process.
- Provide personalized services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure timely resolution of guest challenges independently.
- Coordinate team members throughout the operational process.
- Engage with dining guests to inquire about food quality and service.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring all food supplies and essential restaurant items are adequately stocked.
- Manage work schedules for restaurant team members.
