Join Our Team as an Assistant Relationship Manager
Our international Private Banking business in the City Center of Zurich has a longstanding reputation for providing first-class services to our high-net-worth individual clients. To support our dynamic team, we are seeking an experienced and service-oriented individual to join us as an Assistant Relationship Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Support and assist the Relationship Manager in serving international private banking clients
- Manage the account opening process for new clients in close collaboration with the internal compliance team
- Execute and monitor client orders (payments, securities transactions, etc.)
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding operational and administrative matters
- Prepare and follow up on client meetings, including presentation and report generation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Compliance, Legal, and Operations
Your Profile
- Successfully completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Additional educational qualifications are highly valued
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international private bank
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong client orientation and a sense of responsibility
- Independent, precise, and structured working style
- Prior experience with the Avaloq core banking system is desirable
- Hebrew language skills are a plus; French is an additional asset
