Join our transfer pricing and business optimization team and help our clients successfully manage global challenges!

Our team offers integrated advisory services that assist clients in optimizing and aligning their business structures with their transfer pricing policies, ensuring efficient and compliant tax management throughout their value chain. From day one, you'll engage in a client-facing role across key industries, supporting our Swiss team in Geneva by applying a blend of economics, finance, accounting, international tax, and legal concepts.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will review, understand, and assess the value chain and cross-border operations of multinational companies across various industries (e.g., transactions related to tangible/intangible goods, services, financing).
• You will perform complex economic and financial analyses (e.g., valuation analysis, credit rating analysis, benchmarking analysis).
• You will participate in developing concepts for optimizing existing business models and implementing these models on a global basis.
• You will prepare transfer pricing documentation, review and design transfer pricing policies, and support clients in transfer pricing projects.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in transfer pricing.
• You hold a master’s degree in economics, finance, tax, law, or a related field.
• You are skilled at analyzing complex problems and developing innovative solutions.
• You are a reliable and committed team player with experience in talent development.
• You are fluent in both German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
