About Our Work

As an Assistant Manager in our growing business tax team, you will audit the tax notes of the Financial Statements, providing international tax advisory and compliance services to our clients. You will work on global engagements and collaboratively deliver premier services on global tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax advisory. Your contributions will empower our clients to navigate the evolving Swiss and international tax landscape successfully.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead tax accounting teams.
• Conduct tax reviews for current and deferred taxes under IFRS, US-GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER, and Swiss statutory GAAP for our international and national clients.
• Coordinate and supervise international teams on tax audits, taking oversight in group audit primary teams.
• Coordinate and supervise Swiss input for the Global Tax Accounting Group referred in work for relationship clients.
• Advise clients on improving their operating strategy and the organization of tax functions, processes, and risk management.
• Collaborate with your team to develop best practice solutions and support clients in establishing, analyzing, and implementing processes in response to BEPS 2.0 / Pillar 2 (GloBE).
• Provide quantitative solutions for clients in response to international tax reform.
• Assist clients and our teams in transitioning into the digital age and staying abreast of technologies and innovations in tax accounting, while also contributing to the development of our practice in tax accounting and multi-country provisioning projects.

Our Desired Profile

• You have obtained or are in the process of obtaining a professional accounting accreditation (CPA).
• You possess a strong working knowledge of IAS 12 and/or ASC740, along with familiarity in international tax reporting and compliance regulations, including quantitative analysis and tax modeling.
• You have experience as a tax specialist on the audit of financial statements.
• You communicate fluently in English and French; knowledge of German is advantageous but not essential.
