About Our Work

As an Assistant Manager in our growing business tax team, you will audit the tax notes of financial statements and provide international tax advisory and compliance services to our clients. You will work on global engagements and collaborate with your team to deliver top-notch services to international organizations in global tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax advisory, enabling them to successfully navigate the evolving Swiss and international tax landscape.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead tax accounting teams
• Conduct tax reviews for current and deferred taxes under IFRS, US-GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER, and Swiss statutory GAAP for our international and national clients
• Coordinate and supervise international teams during tax audits, overseeing primary group audit teams
• Coordinate and supervise Swiss input on Global Tax Accounting Group referred projects for relationship clients
• Advise clients on improving their operational strategies, tax functions, processes, and risk management
• Work with your team to develop best practice solutions, assisting clients in creating, analyzing, and implementing processes to tackle challenges from BEPS 2.0 / Pillar 2 (GloBE)
• Provide quantitative solutions for clients in response to international tax reform
• Support clients and our teams in transitioning to the digital age while staying current with technological advancements in tax accounting

Our Desired Profile

• You possess or are in the process of obtaining a professional accounting accreditation (CPA)
• You have a robust knowledge of IAS 12 and/or ASC740, along with international tax reporting and compliance regulations, including skills in quantitative analysis and tax modeling
• You have experience as a tax specialist auditing financial statements
• You are fluent in English and French; knowledge of German is a plus but not required
