About Our Work

As an Assistant Manager in our growing business tax team, you will be responsible for auditing the tax note of the Financial Statements and providing international tax advisory and compliance services to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work on global engagements, collaborating with your team to deliver leading services in global tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax advisory. Your efforts will enable our clients to successfully navigate the evolving Swiss and international tax landscape.

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Lead tax accounting teams.
  • Conduct tax reviews for current and deferred taxes under IFRS, US-GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER, and Swiss statutory GAAP for our international and national clients.
  • Coordinate and supervise international teams on tax audits, ensuring oversight in group audit primary teams.
  • Coordinate and supervise Swiss contributions in the Global Tax Accounting Group, pertaining to relationship clients.
  • Advise clients on improving their operating strategies, tax functions, processes, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with your team to develop "best practice solutions" and support clients in addressing challenges from BEPS 2.0 / Pillar 2 ("GloBE").
  • Deliver quantitative solutions in response to international tax reform.
  • Assist clients and teams in transforming into the digital age, staying current with technologies and innovations in tax accounting, and contributing to multi-country projects in tax accounting and tax provisioning.

Our Desired Profile

  • You have obtained or are in the process of obtaining a professional accounting accreditation (CPA).
  • You possess a strong working knowledge of IAS 12 and/or ASC740, along with familiarity with international tax reporting and compliance regulations, including expertise in quantitative analysis and tax modeling.
  • You have experience as a tax specialist involved in the audit of financial statements.
  • You communicate fluently in English and French; German knowledge is an advantage but not required.
